Welcome to this, the 24th issue of ThePropertyManager newsletter. In this issue we uncover a police investigation into a Gold Coast apartment manager, as a result of his death bed confession of corruption and scandal within his complex; The legal experts at Small, Myers and Hughes share a few industry golden rules; and we offer some solid advice for maximizing the effectiveness of your listings. We cover all this and more below.
Its shaping up to be an exciting year for ThePropertyManager.com.au. Traffic is continuing to grow rapidly, recording page view growth of over 500% during the last 12 months! Visitor numbers also increased by 420% over the last 12 months.

These gains are massive when compared to the 33% traffic growth reported over the last 12 months by realestate.com.au. We’ve also now recorded over a quarter of a million page views for the third consecutive month. At this rate we project to achieve 1million monthly page views within 6 months – cementing our position as Australia and New Zealand’s official Hub to the Property Management Rights and Resort Industry.
We plan the launch of our new RentAustralia portal which promises to bring significantly increased numbers of managers onto TPM to post their listings. We’ll also be finalizing our agreement with RealCommercial.com.au to allow our MR brokers’ to syndicate their listings onto this portal as part of our network. We look forward to delivering these, and a host of other enhancements to you in early 2007 – watch this space!
ThePropertyManager.com.au bids farewell to Kelsey Nerbas, who has moved on after 18 months at the coalface, helping to present our site to market. We’re currently screening applicants for the newly created BDM vacancy: If you have a sales background, want to sell products that really work, enjoy the rewards of a recurring commission structure and generous base salary - and the prospect of being part of a rapidly expanding start-up company excites you, we want to hear from you. Please forward your resume to careers@thepropertymanager.com.au.
As 2006 draws to a close we want to thank all our valued managers, brokers, agents and clients for your continued support. Have a safe and pleasurable Christmas and we look forward to seeing you all back here in January for our 25th informative issue of ThePropertyManager.com.au!
