Col was admitted to practice in 1981 and has since practiced exclusively as a Property and Business Lawyer in both Queensland and New South Wales. He also holds Specialist Accreditation in Property Law from the New South Wales Law Society. Col is the Partner in charge of the Property and Commercial Department at Small Myers Hughes. Col has particular expertise in Property Development and Titling issues as well as Body Corporate and Management Rights in both Queensland and New South Wales.
