As an on-site property manager, under Section 13 of the Property Agents and Motor Dealers Act 2001 (PAMD) you must display your licence description in a prominent position and clearly visible when entering your office. You must display your name followed by the word ?licensee? and the category of your licence and all in letters at least 1.5cm high.
