LIZ LAVENDER, who commenced her career with Dave Allen in 1995 and has negotiated hundreds of sales worth MANY MILLIONS OF DOLLARS, is proud to announce ?LIZ LAVENDER MANAGEMENT RIGHTS.? Liz works 110% with her purchasers and sellers to achieve a successful result. She will personally handle all aspects of the sale, from the listing, inspection, negotiation, contract to settlement process. Liz?s background has been working as a confidential secretary/ personal assistant to CEOs in Oxford, New York, Miami and Sydney. In 1992 Liz entered into the real estate industry and shortly after was nominated, by satisfied clients, for the QLD REIQ SALESPERSON OF THE YEAR AWARD.

Over the years she have negotiated the sale to Points North, Olympus, Turtle Bay, Paros on the Beach, The Esplanade, Villas Tijuana, Chateau Martinique, San Simeon, Le Grande, The Penthouses, Seacreast, Broadwater Tower, Princess Palms, Regency on the Beach and many more .

Liz says ?Because management rights are so successful, managers often move to other resorts, so I find I am working with my clients for several times over the years and it shows their confidence in the industry and in my services.
