Our four bedroom house in Brunswick, Melbourne, has a spare room available on October the 11th.
House consists of 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, lounge, big kitchen and bungalow in the backyard.
Room is big and currently fits in a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, desk, mirror and bedside table easily. Room is not furnished, but the rest of the house is. If you have a few spare pieces of furniture thats fine too, we can find space.
Rent is $100 pw, a bargin for the area. Ten minute walk to the most vibrant part of Sydney road, minutes to tram and train stations. Fifteen minutes into the city by public transport.
