As an on-site property manager, under Section 13 of the Property Agents and Motor Dealers Act 2001 (PAMD) you must display your licence description in a prominent position and clearly visible when entering your office. You must display your name followed by the word “licensee� and the category of your licence and all in letters at least 1.5cm high.
